Dr Ho is a Functional Medicine Doctor in Hong Kong with more than 15 years’ experience. She is board certified in both Singapore and Hong Kong and received her specialization in Family Medicine from Singapore. Dr Ho holds a diploma from the New York Institute of Integrative Medicine in Integrative Health and Nutrition. She received her Advanced Fellowship in Functional and Nutritional medicine from the American Academy of Anti-ageing and Regenerative Medicine. In addition, Dr Ho received biological medicine training at the Swiss Biological Medicine Academy. Dr Ho is also trained and certified under Dr. Walsh’s advanced brain nutrient therapy protocols. Dr Ho believes in treating the patient holistically and finding the underlying root causes of disease. Alastair is an Osteopath in Hong Kong with 15 years’ experience. Qualifying in 2008 from Oxford Brookes University medical faculty. Prior to this he was practising as a sports therapist and exercise physiologist. Alastair is passionate about finding the various predisposing and maintaining factors in a symptomatic condition so that a lasting outcome can be achieved preventing recurrence.
Focusing on the postural impacts of health in general (immune, digestive, neurological) and using gentle non-invasive techniques to address these, he believes strongly in educating the patient and empowering the individual towards their own health.

Jan Moor
Jan Moor qualified in the UK as a pharmacist. From Retail Pharmacy Management she moved to Singapore where she began her Hatha Yoga practice in 1982 then onto Hong Kong.
Her own approach to the practice of yoga is holistic, believing that ‘health’ means not only a physically healthy body but also through the practice of meditation, having a stable mind and to be spiritually peaceful.
She has been a firm practitioner and teacher of Raja Yoga Meditation since 1988.
In 2012, under the tutelage of Functional Synergy, Canada, she certified in Therapeutic Yoga.
Alongside her passion of a good yoga practice there was also a deep interest in healing which lead to alternative therapies e.g. holistic & deep tissue massage, Cranio-sacral therapy, AIS (Active Isolated Stretching), Ayurveda, Reflexology, Nutrition and the Sattvic Diet.
